The Concept of Evaluation of Quality of Justice or Procedural Clipbait (As a Review of the Article by I.A. Gizatullin, Conceptual Problems of Evaluation of Quality of Justice)
The author of the article under review has gone in a circle from the statement of the problem – a statement about the need to create a concept for assessing the quality of justice, to a scientifically significant conclusion about the possibility of creating a concept for assessing the quality of justice. The most controversial and unsubstantiated statements are listed and a methodological error is indicated. Arguments are given about the impossibility of constructing a concept for assessing the quality of justice and developing objective criteria that actually reflect judicial work. It is summarized that assessing the quality of justice contradicts the principle of judicial independence and the reasons for this are explained.
