Features of the Generation of Signals from an Autodyne Transceiver During Asynchronous Reception of Request Signals from the Atmospheric Radiosonde System

The results of the research on a transistor autodyne transceiver (APP) designed for a promising atmospheric radar sensing system are presented. A mathematical model of the APP is presented in the form of a system of two equations for the self-oscillator with a single-circuit oscillatory system under the influence of a request signal from a radar. The analysis of the features of signal generation in asynchronous mode, when the frequency of the received signal is outside the synchronization band of the APP has been accomplished. The time characteristics of the signals generated in the autodyne microwave oscillator and their spectra are investigated. Practical conclusions are drawn regarding the choice of the best mode for receiving the requested radar signals.
