Research Appendix to "Chronic Endocannabinoid Deficiency as the Root Cause of Aging and Death by Natural Causes": 360 Cannabis-Related Studies Supporting the ECS Model

This research appendix contains 360 peer-reviewed cannabis-related studies that support the systems biology model presented in the thesis titled "Chronic Endocannabinoid Deficiency as the Root Cause of Aging and Death by Natural Causes — A Systems Model Approach as a Means to Reach Longevity Escape Velocity" by Jennifer A. Huse. Each study included in this appendix demonstrates therapeutic, regenerative, or protective effects of cannabinoids on various organ systems and disease processes associated with aging. These studies provide the scientific foundation for the proposed model in which chronic endocannabinoid system (ECS) deficiency is identified as a primary driver of age-related degeneration. The appendix is organized by organ system and aligned with the structure of the main thesis. It is intended as a supplementary research archive for scientists, physicians, and policy-makers interested in cannabinoid-based longevity interventions.
