Complex Variables and the Architecture of Time: A Causal Mathematical Approach
This paper proposes a theoretical framework in which complex functions serve not merely as mathematical abstractions but as foundational tools for modeling the recursive architecture of time, causality, and entropic evolution. Building on the Causal Mathematics paradigm, the study integrates symbolic recursion, multivalued time structures, and entropy-based phase dynamics within a unified system. The framework suggests that complex variables—through their inherent capacity for rotation, bifurcation, and holomorphic mapping—encode deeper physical realities such as temporal feedback, branching worldlines, and informational compression. By recasting time as a complex, recursive function embedded in the structure of the universe, this paper reveals a new language to unify cosmology, physics, and symbolic cognition. Furthermore, the complex plane is reinterpreted as a universal phase space wherein entropy, time, and information co-evolve under causally recursive dynamics.
