Interventions influencing teacher burnout in inclusive and special education. A scoping review protocol
Despite advances in understanding burnout syndrome, significant gaps persist with respect to specific interventions aimed at managing it, especially in inclusive settings. Therefore, this proyect explores the interventions studied to manage burnout in teachers who teach students with different educational needs, either in special or regular education. Through this approach, we seek to bridge the gap between existing evidence and emerging demands in inclusive education, positioning the well-being of teachers as a central element in the care of this population.
