SV40-Tag high-risk neuroblastoma mouse model

The purpose of the project is the systematic investigation of a new transgenic mouse model for neuroblastoma. We want to compare tumors resulting from the tissue-specific expression of the oncogenes SV40-Tag, MYCN and ALK with neuroblastic tumors of established mouse models and test whether the new tumor mouse model reflects the pathophysiology and tumor biology of neuroblastomas.
