Adaptive designs for trials aiming to optimise implementation strategies and the effect of an additional interim analysis: a simulation study

(k15 = 15 clusters per arm, k25 = 25 clusters per arm) nonadapt_simulations.RDS is the dataset of simulated trial results for the nonadaptive trials. (k15 = 15 clusters per arm, k25 = 25 clusters per arm) seed_sensitivity.RDS and prior_sensitivity.RDS are the dataset of simulated trial results for the sensitivity analyses using a different seed and prior, respectively. latestart_simulations.RDS is the dataset of simulated trial results for the 2 interim trials with the first interim occurring 75% through the trial. adapt_newscen.RDS and nonadapt_newscen.RDS are the simulated trial results for the less clear optimal arm scenarios.
