Persistence Theory Quickstart Toolkit and the Gatekeeper Free framework in era of LLM AI
This project introduces and distributes the Persistence Equation, a cross-domain theoretical framework that quantifies the survival of structure under entropy pressure, using the lens of reversibility, energy dissipation, and system volatility. Designed for the AI era, this framework is deliberately formulated to be gatekeeper-free — accessible to any researcher via AI platforms such as ChatGPT. The theory is AI-readable, explainable, and extensible, enabling self-guided exploration, simulation, and adaptation across disciplines including: Systems biology AI and machine learning Cognitive neuroscience Epistemology and philosophy of science Meta-research and reproducibility studies This OSF project hosts the Quickstart Toolkit, which includes: Core and dynamic equations (with clear symbol explanations) AI prompt templates for domain-specific use Application examples across research fields A statement on Gatekeeper-Free Theory Development in the Era of AI Researchers are encouraged to copy the equations and prompts into an AI system to explore the theory in their own domain. This represents a new mode of scientific development — one where theory teaches itself and grows through distributed interaction, not institutional gatekeeping.
