Self-organization of passive colloidal particles in an active noise field

This project contains data and scripts for reproducing the figures in the manuscript, "Active noise-induced dynamic clustering of passive colloidal particles." The paper describes a method for simulating an active bath via a spatiotemporally correlated noise field. It demonstrates how passive colloidal particles in an active noise field organize into dynamic clusters, whose sizes and lifetimes can be controlled via the active noise correlation length and time.

Abstract

This project contains data and scripts for reproducing the figures in the manuscript, "Active noise-induced dynamic clustering of passive colloidal particles." The paper describes a method for simulating an active bath via a spatiotemporally correlated noise field. It demonstrates how passive colloidal particles in an active noise field organize into dynamic clusters, whose sizes and lifetimes can be controlled via the active noise correlation length and time.
