Recursive Genetic Units: DNA as a Compressed Causal Template of Matter–Event Duality in the Universe
This paper proposes a recursive causal framework in which DNA is interpreted as a compressed dual-unit template—a molecular architecture that encodes both particle-like stability and event-driven transformation. Building on the previously established dual-unit model of causality, we argue that DNA functions not only as a material code but as a recursive causal interface between matter and events, allowing life to emerge as a structured entropic delay mechanism within the universe. In this view, genes are not passive carriers of inheritance but active filters and amplifiers of recursive evolution, where biological, symbolic, and ecological systems co-construct and stabilize each other. This model also reinterprets genetic persistence, species transformation, and symbolic abstraction as manifestations of the same universal recursive logic—one in which compression, variation, and continuity together sustain causal evolution.
