Industry Perspectives on Social Debt (Interviews)
The increasing complexity of software projects and the dynamic nature of modern working environments mean that non-technical factors such as Social Debt (SD) are playing an increasingly important role. SD describes the hidden costs resulting from organisational or social challenges, such as inefficient communication or conflicts in teams. Our interviews examine the awareness of SD in the German IT industry and discover existing prevention and management approaches.
