Inclusive Governance in Public Administration: Strategies for Promoting Equity in Government Policies
This article presents a systematic review of the literature on inclusive governance in public administration, focusing on strategies for promoting equity in government policies. We analyze recent scientific production, with an emphasis on national and international references from the last five years, to identify the main concepts, advances, challenges, and gaps in the field. The research covers topics such as diversity and inclusion, accountability , open government, and the role of institutions in building a more equitable and representative public administration. The results indicate that inclusive governance is a fundamental pillar for the effectiveness of equity policies, requiring the active participation of diverse social groups and the integration of transparency and accountability mechanisms. We conclude that, although significant progress has been made, the operationalization and measurement of equity still represent challenges, and collaboration between different sectors is crucial to strengthening inclusive practices
