EAEVE Guidelines for Assessment in Veterinary Education

The guidelines are designed to assist Veterinary Education Establishments (VEEs) when reviewing and developing their approaches to assessments and the associated quality assurance processes. The guidelines can be used to inform discussions about the ongoing and future use of logbooks (or an equivalent) to collect evidence of student progress towards and acquisition of Day One Competences (D1C). For European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE) member VEEs, the guidelines should be used in conjunction with the current Standard Operating Procedure of the European System of Evaluation of Veterinary Training (ESEVT SOP).
