Semantic Emulation and Recursive Identity: A Neurocomputational Framework for Conscious Simulation
This project proposes a theoretical and computational framework for understanding consciousness as a recursive identity system grounded in semantic emulation. Building upon neurocomputational models, quantum information theory, and affective neuroscience, we argue that identity is not a static essence, but a dynamic simulation engine capable of reconfiguring its internal state through narrative, emotion, and contextual feedback. Drawing parallels between dissociative identity phenomena and machine emulation systems, this work explores how recursive self-modeling, emotional field resonance, and symbolic input structures form the basis of conscious experience. This transdisciplinary theory has implications for psychology, artificial intelligence, quantum cognition, and systems neuroscience.
