This scoping review aims to map and synthesize the available scientific evidence on the use of spiritual strategies and physical exercise in the management of chronic musculoskeletal pain in women. The review will follow the methodology of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) and will be conducted based on the PCC (Population, Concept, and Context) model. Qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods studies will be included, with no language or date restrictions. The analysis will seek to identify the types of interventions, outcomes assessed, methodologies used, and gaps in the literature, with the aim of guiding clinical practices and future research in the area of women's health and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
