APPLICABILITY OF THE NSQIP SCALE IN ASSESSING OPERABILITY IN COMPLEX SURGICAL PATIENT

Prospective, non-randomized, single-center observational study evaluating the applicability of the ACS-NSQIP Surgical Risk Calculator in operability decision-making for complex surgical patients. The study includes patients evaluated by a multidisciplinary committee at the Joan XXIII University Hospital of Tarragona, Spain, between November 2022 and April 2025. Outcomes include correlation between NSQIP outputs and operability decisions, development of a Non-Operability Risk Score, and analysis of postoperative complications in operated patients.
