Analysis of tumour development/therapy and the tumour-specific T cell repertoire in the ‘wildling’ mouse model
The aim of this animal research project is to investigate whether mice with a natural microbiome (so-called 'wildling' mice) are more suitable than conventional laboratory mice for the study of tumour diseases, the anti-tumour T-cell response and the development of immunotherapies. This animal research project therefore falls within the scope of basic research and the prevention, detection or treatment of diseases, illnesses, physical damage or physical complaints.
