Improved MPCC and Generalised Predictive Speed Composite Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors
Aiming at the problems of poor steady state performance, current and torque fluctuations, too much influence of sampling time on the nonlinear system and inaccurate speed tracking in traditional model predictive current control and traditional speed control, based on the improved duty cycle model predictive current control, a generalized predictive speed controller for Vector Control System of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is designed. The actual output speed of the motor can be traced to the given speed value, which makes the sampling time more flexible. Since the nonlinear generalized predictive control is a model-based predictive control method, the external disturbances and parameter variations are not considered. The disturbance compensation method based on extended state observer is added, and the effect of disturbance and parameter variation on system performance is effectively restrained. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed hybrid control strategy has good speed response, good dynamic performance and low current and torque fluctuation.
