Factors that support or hinder adult learning participation amongst low-wage individuals

This study investigates the factors influencing adult learning participation among low-wage individuals. We will recruit 80 participants for individual interviews to gather their perspectives on learning experiences undertaken in the past year. Thematic analysis and computational text analysis will be used to identify and examine the factors.
