<p>The proportion of imported carcasses is calculated as the number of imported carcasses from each market divided by the total number of carcasses counted each day. Data in the pre-COVID period extends from March 2019 through March 2020 and in the post-COVID period from April 2020 through April 2021. Significant differences between the pre-COVID and post-COVID period are denoted by an asterisk (*p < 0.001). Boloco is not included in the analysis since there were no imported carcasses recorded.</p> <p>(PDF)</p>
