Construction\nof Nitrogen-Rich Energetic Isomers Containing\nMultiple Hydrogen Bond Networks
Nitrogen-rich energetic materials have been the focus\nof a few\nstudies on their isomers. Novel nitrogen-rich energetic compounds <b>TZ</b>, <b>DTZ</b>, and <b>NTZ</b> were synthesized\nthrough simple steps. The hydrogen bond networks significantly enhanced\ntheir properties (<b>TZ</b>, <i>T</i>d =\n290 °C and <i>D</i>v = 8370 m s–1; <b>DTZ</b>, <i>T</i>d = 282 °C\nand <i>D</i>v = 8392 m s–1;\nand <b>NTZ</b>, <i>T</i>d = 272 °C\nand <i>D</i>v = 8762 m s–1),\nwhich are superior to their isomers. This realized a balance between\nthe energy and stability of polycyclic tetrazoles, providing insights\nfor high-performance energetic materials.
