Bioinspired Artificial\nIntelligent Nociceptive Alarm\nSystem Based on Fibrous Biomemristors
With\nthe advancement of modern medical and brain–computer\ninterface devices, flexible artificial nociceptors with tactile perception\nhold significant scientific importance and exhibit great potential\nin the fields of wearable electronic devices and biomimetic robots.\nHere, a bioinspired artificial intelligent nociceptive alarm system\nintegrating sensing monitoring and transmission functions is constructed\nusing a silk fibroin (SF) fibrous memristor. This memristor demonstrates\nhigh stability, low operating power, and the capability to simulate\nsynaptic plasticity. As a result, an artificial pressure nociceptor\nbased on the SF fibrous memristor can detect both fast and chronic\npain and provide a timely alarm in the event of a fall or prolonged\nimmobility of the carrier. Further, an array of artificial pressure\nnociceptors not only monitors the pressure distribution across various\nparts of the carrier but also provides direct feedback on the extent\nof long-term pressure to the carrier. This work holds significant\nimplications for medical support in biological carriers or targeted\nmaintenance of electronic carriers.
