Copper-Catalyzed Diamination of Alkenes using <i>o</i>‑Benzoylhydroxylamines to Access the Four Azaindoline\nFamilies
A mild\nand efficient method for the copper-catalyzed diamination\nof alkenes is described. In this reaction, <i>o</i>-benzoylhydroxylamine\nserves as an electrophilic nitrogen source for the regioselective\nformation of C–N bonds. This transformation provides a novel\nstrategy for synthesizing all four isomeric 2,3-disubstituted azaindoline\nfamilies and offers a wide substrate scope.
