Flexible Electrodes\nPrinted on Porous Graphene-Skinned\nQuartz Fiber Fabric and Its Reliable Electrical Connection for Electrothermal\nDeicing
A flexible electrode is a key component of electrothermal\nfilm\nfor deicing. Here, silver electrodes were fabricated via screen printing\n55 wt % silver content polypolyphenoxy (PKHH) resin-based conductive\npaste on the porous graphene-skinned quartz fiber fabric without a\nprecoating layer. PKHH is favorable for excellent performance of electrodes,\nsuch as low resistivity (1.32 × 10–5 Ω·cm),\nhigh adhesion (5B), and high tolerance for bending deformation. Fluorine-modified\nepoxy resin was introduced to electrically conductive adhesive (ECA)\nto improve the hydrophobicity and avoid the corrosion/oxidation of\nAg during the deicing process, and ECA showed low resistivity (2.4\n× 10–4 Ω·cm) and stable mechanical\nconnection (15 MPa). The deicing feasibility of film was demonstrated.
