Time-Responsive\nVisualization of Cryogenic Detection\nBased on the Dynamic Optical Signals of CaZnOS

Cryogenic\ndetection technology is essential to ensure safety and\neffectiveness in fields such as medical refrigeration, cold chain\ntransport, and cryogenic bioengineering. In this paper, a time-responsive\nvisual cryogenic detection strategy is developed based on the storage\nproperties of CaZnOS: Pb2+, Pr3+ phosphors with\nshallow traps. Since the carrier release rate from the trap center\nreceives the influence of ambient temperature and storage time, the\nstorage time of the temperature-sensitive product can be determined\nby the different optical signals of CaZnOS: Pb2+, Pr3+ phosphors obtained under 980 nm laser irradiation. In addition,\nCaZnOS: Pb2+, Pr3+ phosphors with multimode\nluminescence enable time-responsive visual detection of ambient temperature\nunder extreme conditions. This work not only demonstrates the potential\nof CaZnOS: Pb2+, Pr3+ phosphors for visual detection\nof temperature and time but also paves the way for the development\nof various applications relying on cryogenic monitoring.
