<b>Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning Protecting the Safety of Motorcycle Users Used for the Public Interest</b>

The research focuses on analyzing the legal effectiveness of protecting disabled workers, particularly those working as GOJEK drivers in the DKI Jakarta area. The research examines whether existing laws, such as the Disability Law and the Employment Law, provide adequate protection and whether these laws are effectively implemented.It uses a juridical-sociological approach to assess how well the regulations are applied and identifies the gaps in legal enforcement. The study highlights challenges such as low legal awareness among disabled workers and their employers, as well as insufficient supervision by authorities. It concludes by suggesting that legal protection for disabled workers could be improved through better socialization of the laws and stricter enforcement.
