SMART DIAGNOSIS IN TRADITIONAL INDIAN MADICINE USING MECHINE LEARNING

This project presents an android-based application that employs artificial intelligence to predict diseases and recommend siddha and ayurveda remedies based on user reported symptoms and selected the medicine whether siddha or ayurveda based on user convenience. The system is designed to function as a preliminary health advisory tool, enabling users to select multiple symptoms from a generated list. The predictions of curated dataset containing 100 real-world diseases, each mapped with relevant symptoms, severity levels, treatment duration, and corresponding remedies in siddha and ayurveda systems. The core functionality relies on a symptom-matching algorithm that scores diseases based on overlap with user-selected symptoms. The system reads disease data from a dataset embedded within the application, ensuring offline functionality and immediate access to remedy suggestions without requiring internet connectivity. The project aims to bridge the gap between ancient healing wisdom and contemporary mobile technologies, offering a user-friendly, culturally relevant, and low-cost solution for individuals seeking initial guidance for common health issues. <br>
