The substance that forms the electronic electric field

This paper uses a refractive index formula to predict the number of outer electrons of chlorine atoms, and then uses the refractive index data of HCl to verify it. The error is less than 10ppm (confidence level is higher than 5 σ), proves that the refractive index formula is very accurate, and indirectly proves that the density distribution of the substance of the electronic electric field is correct.

Abstract

This paper uses a refractive index formula to predict the number of outer electrons of chlorine atoms, and then uses the refractive index data of HCl to verify it. The error is less than 10ppm (confidence level is higher than 5 σ), proves that the refractive index formula is very accurate, and indirectly proves that the density distribution of the substance of the electronic electric field is correct.
