The Waldrop Theory of Everything: A Finite-Information Framework for Unifying Quantum Mechanics, General Relativity, and Cosmology with a Perspective Multiverse

The quest for a Theory of Everything (ToE) has driven physics for over a century, aiming to unify quantum mechanics (QM) and general relativity (GR) while explaining cosmological phenomena. The Waldrop ToE achieves this through a finite-information simulation framework, incorporating scale-dependent dynamics, chaos-control duality, and information recycling. A novel contribution is the perspective multiverse: rather than positing physically distinct universes, we propose that an infinite set of perspective-dependent realities emerges within a single computational framework, driven by the observer’s measurement context (Section 9). This reinterpretation addresses multiverse concerns while grounding the theory in empirical data (e.g., CMB, dark energy, black hole entropy) and offering new predictions (e.g., Hawking radiation spectral shift). Over 300 simulations, we resolve key physical phenomena, ensuring consistency across scales and alignment with observations from Planck, DESI, LIGO, and more.
