The Habeas Corpus Field Equation: A Quantitative Framework for Scientific Rigor
This paper introduces the Habeas Corpus Field Equation (H(Φ)), a novel framework for quantitatively assessing the empirical validity of physics theories. The equation measures the evidentiary weight of a theory relative to its theoretical complexity, ensuring that funding and research efforts are allocated based on empirical verification rather than theoretical speculation.By applying this metric to major scientific theories, we classify them into Fact, On-the-Line, and Dictum, providing a clear quantitative separation between proven science and speculative models. This work aims to prevent theoretical dogma, encourage alternative ideas, and redefine funding priorities in modern physics.Future research will refine the framework further, potentially expanding its application beyond physics into other fields of science.
