Automated Sustainable Building Design Verification via HyperScore-Guided Multi-Modal Assessment
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework, HyperScore-Guided Multi-Modal Assessment (HSGMA), for automating and enhancing the verification of sustainable building designs against BREEAM standards. HSGMA integrates multi-modal data ingestion and analysis, employing advanced techniques in semantic decomposition, logical consistency verification, and impact forecasting, culminating in a HyperScore reflecting the overall sustainability performance of a design. The system leverages existing, validated technologies, including theorem provers, numerical simulations, and graph neural networks, to provide a measurable, scalable, and readily implementable solution for BREEAM certification. This framework promises a 30-40% reduction in certification costs and timeline, alongside improved design quality and reduced environmental impact. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
