The Quantum Architecture of Life SU(3) Symmetry, Codon Structure, and the Role of QCD in RNA Biochemistry v2
This preprint presents a revised and expanded quantum biological framework that bridges RNA codon structure with quantum chromodynamics (QCD) through SU(3) symmetry. Building on the correction of the ATP energy scale, from ~0.3 MeV to its canonical biochemical value of ~0.3 eV,the work introduces a multi-scalar resonance model. It proposes that biological systems exhibit coherence thresholds near 0.45 MeV, aligning with weak-interaction energies such as those of neutrinos and nuclear decay processes.By interpreting codons as SU(3) triplet units, this model positions RNA as a biological analogue to quark color triplets in QCD. It reinterprets phonons as coherence mediators akin to gluons, and integrates symbolic resonance, entropy modulation, and quantum tunneling as biologically meaningful processes. The genetic code emerges as a low-energy realization of a high-order gauge symmetry, where palindromic sequences, biobricks, and coherence gates are not arbitrary, but symmetry-governed operators. The document includes 23 simulations and 16 experimental prototypes that explore symbolic teleportation, palindromic decoherence, entropic ATP dissipation, and deep learning predictions of CRISPR off-targets based on codon symmetry. Applications span synthetic biology, mitochondrial coherence, biosemiotics, and theoretical consciousness studies. This work contributes a novel synthesis of group theory, molecular biology, and quantum computation, offering tools and concepts for understanding life as a structured resonance of the universe’s informational field.<b>Keywords</b>:<br>Quantum Biology, SU(3) Symmetry, Codon Structure, QCD, RNA Biochemistry, Quantum Coherence, Synthetic Biology, Symbolic Bioinformation, Biobricks, ATP, Neutrinos, Decoherence, CRISPR, Entropy, Quantum Tunneling, Group Theory, Quantum Consciousness, Mitochondria
