Automated Targeted Base Editing Optimization via Multi-Modal Data Fusion and HyperScore-Guided Iteration for Enhanced Gene Correction Efficiency
**Originality:** This research presents a novel system for automating the optimization of CRISPR-Cas12a targeted base editing (TBE) by integrating multi-modal data, including genomic sequences, predicted off-target effects, and experimental validation data, then using a HyperScore-guided iterative loop to rationally design and refine guide RNAs (gRNAs) – bypassing traditional trial-and-error methods and dramatically accelerating the development of highly specific and efficient TBE strategies. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
