The advantages of CRTС technology in pregravid preparation. Clinical case.
Infertility is one of the most pressing problems of modern reproductive medicine, which significantly affects the quality of life of patients and demographic data. One of the important factors of female infertility is the uterine factor, in particular endometrial hypoplasia, which is accompanied by reduced endometrial receptivity and low chances of successful embryo implantation. Endometrial hypoplasia can be a consequence of endocrine disorders, chronic inflammatory processes, vascularization disorders, and the influence of external factors. The article presents a clinical case of a 32-year-old patient with primary infertility who was diagnosed with chronic endometrial hypoplasia on the background of medically compensated hypothyroidism. Despite standard approaches to pre-gravidar preparation, including hormonal therapy, signs of insufficient endometrial thickness and functional deficiency persisted. In this regard, a personalized treatment regimen was applied using the technology of complex regulatory therapy of conditions (CRTC), which is aimed at optimizing vascularization, normalizing endocrine balance and improving endometrial receptivity. As a result of the therapy, the morphological and functional characteristics of the endometrium improved, as confirmed by ultrasound and biochemical markers. This ensured the possibility of successful embryo implantation after the use of assisted reproductive technologies. The presented clinical case demonstrates the effectiveness of an integrated approach to the treatment of infertility caused by endometrial hypoplasia and emphasizes the importance of personalized therapy regimens in modern reproductive medicine.
