Fractal Fluid Space-Time: A Universal Model from Microverse to Cosmos
This paper introduces a fractal fluid space-time model unifying physical phenomena from micro (10⁻³⁵ m) to cosmic (10⁹ pc) scales, eliminating dark matter and dark energy. Space-time is modeled as a dynamic, self-similar fluid with density, torsion, elasticity, and turbulence. Validated with IceCube neutrino noise, SPARC rotation curves (including SMBH cores), and DESI void expansion, it achieves errors of ~0.07% (micro), ~0.8 km/s (galactic), and ~0.7% (cosmic). Predictions include a ~0.5% neutrino flavor shift, ~0.1 ms GW delays from SMBH mergers, and ~6% void density drops, testable with 2025 LISA/LSST data.
