Codes and Scripts of PhD Thesis on Diversification across Africa in <i>Pogoniulus </i>tinkerbirds

The research assessed diversification processes across Africa in genus Pogoniulus using phylogenomic and demographic methods to reconstruct evolutionary and demographic histories between and within species in the genus. The study recovered genetic divergence both between and within species, with a role of primary biogeographical barriers in Sub-Saharan Africa. Also, demographic history supported both allopatric and parapatric models in driving divergence.
