<b>This research paper critically examines three landmark cases in Pakistan — Kainat Soomro, Iqbal Masih — to highlight systemic flaws in the country’s legal framework. It sheds light on judicial negligence, police corruption, political interference, dual legal standards, and the failure of forensic systems. Drawing from documentary sources and firsthand observation, this paper calls for urgent legal reforms and institutional accountability to ensure justice for the most vulnerable.
