<b>Abstract:</b><br>This study explores the impact of cloud computing on the quality of job performance within the human resources department at the University of Hail. Using a quantitative methodology, data was collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to HR employees. The results indicate a positive correlation between the use of cloud-based systems and improvements in performance efficiency, communication, and access to data. The findings highlight the importance of adopting modern technologies in public sector HR departments to enhance productivity and service quality.
