Data files

This repository includes the data and metadata for the manuscript entitled "Retrotransposon methylation profiles and survival in Black women with high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma." The following files are provided:1. A processed methylation dataset limited to the retroelement (RE)-associated CpG sites used in this study (beta values),2. A sample-level metadata table including survival data and clinical covariates used in the multivariable models (e.g., age, stage, batch),3. A data dictionary for the sample-level metadata table.<br>
