OntoOmnia: A Resilient Meta-Operating System for AI Singularity Risk and Recovery
This work introduces OntoOmnia, a resilient meta-operating system framework designed to address the unprecedented risks and governance challenges of AI singularity. Building upon the foundational OntoLoop/Omnia series, OntoOmnia integrates system-level resilience, dynamic ethical feedback, and collective adaptation mechanisms at the core of the operating system. The architecture features a “Phoenix Loop” for automated failure recovery, distributed consensus for ethical alignment, and recursive feedback enabling AI and human agents to transparently co-evolve. Unlike traditional approaches focused solely on alignment, OntoOmnia provides a comprehensive blueprint for managing superintelligent systems through participatory, self-healing governance. This work is intended for AI researchers, ethicists, and practitioners seeking to build robust, ethically governed, and future-ready digital infrastructures.
