Filtered and Derivative k-Operator Model for Superconducting Critical Temperature: Experimental Validation for Fe and Ac Using Materials Project Data
We present a unified filtered and derivative k-operator model for predicting the superconducting critical temperature (Tc) in crystalline materials. The model is validated on iron (Fe, Im3̅m, mp-13) and actinium (Ac, P6₃/mmc, mp-862690) using open experimental data from the Materials Project [3,4]. For both high-symmetry, undoped systems, the model yields Tc = 0 K, in exact agreement with experimental results. The author acknowledges the use of OpenAI’s language model for assistance in drafting certain sections of this workl
