Implementation of Micro E-Teaching Skills Enhancement Program through Blended Mode for Pre-Service Teachers

The Covid- 19 pandemic made the world undergo a series of Lockdowns for almost two years, which made our Education system shift to new horizons of online education. Being a Pre-Service teacher education program Researchers thought of skills required to teach online and developed a dedicated Micro-Teaching program for our Pre-Service Pupil-Teachers to learn or update the set of skills which will help them to enhance their abilities to teach online as well as offline i.e. in blended mode. This research-based article emphasizes an additional dimension to existing Micro Teaching pedagogy by considering the skill set required to teach online. The development, implementation, and checking of the effectiveness of the Micro E-Teaching Skills Enhancement Program were the main purposes of this research paper.
