Cinnamoylphenethyl amides from fissistigma bracteolatum and their anti-inflammatory activities
Two new (1–2) and six known (3–8) cinnamoylphenethyl amides were isolated from Fissistigma bracteolatum. The structural configurations of 1 and 2 were determined through comprehensive spectroscopic characterisation, with mainly by NMR data analyses. Compounds 1–8 were assessed for the suppression on NO production. Among these, compounds 4–5 revealed inhibitory effects with IC50: 1.45 ± 0.16 and 21.46 ± 1.33 μM, respectively, indicating potent and moderate activity profiles.
