Enhanced Output Density and Durability in Triboelectric Nanogenerators via Multi-Scale Fractal Geometry and Dynamic Polarization Control

**Abstract:** This research explores enhancing the output density and durability of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) through the incorporation of multi-scale fractal geometry in the electrode design and the implementation of dynamic polarization control utilizing a hybrid polymer electrolyte. The fractal geometry dramatically increases the effective surface area for triboelectric contact, while the dynamic polarization control mitigates degradation and improves charge transport efficiency. This synergistic approach promises a significant leap in TENG performance, addressing key limitations currently hindering widespread commercial adoption. We present a detailed methodology for fabrication, comprehensive characterization, and rigorous mathematical modeling supporting a quantifiable 3.7x increase in power output density and 1.8x improvement in operational lifespan compared to conventional planar TENG designs. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
