The Psychological Effects of the Coronavirus Outbreak among Health Sector Workers and their Relationship; The General Functioning of the Health Facility and the Management Policies for the Pandemic in Morocco

This study aimed to monitor some of the psychological effects of the spread of the coronavirus among health workers in relation to productivity in the provision of health services. We started this project from the hypothesis that the fear of infection with SARS-CoV-2 contributed to the crystallization of ideas and beliefs related to its spread, which affected in some way the quality of productivity and effectiveness in performing the tasks assigned to workers in the field of health services, thus affecting the workflow of the health institution as a whole, and the quality of the services provided in general. Understanding the psychological mechanisms adopted by health workers may help us to provide appropriate knowledge to overcome work pressures during the pandemic, thus revealing the relationship between thoughts and emotions and the nature and quality of productivity in this sector.<br>
