Evaluation of the Usability of the MASA (Muhammadiyah 'Aisyiyah Super App) Application Using a 6 Dimension Based Questionnaire.pdf

In the current era of digitalransformation, the development of information and communication technology continues to grow rapidly, encouraging organizations such as Muhammadiyah and ‘Aisyiyah to innovate through the integration of services in a unified digital platform, namely MASA (Muhammadiyah ‘Aisyiyah Super App). MASA is designed to facilitate access to various organizational services ranging from education, health, philanthropy, to religious activities. However, the usability aspect of this application, especially from the user’s perspective, has not been deeply evaluated. This study aims to measure the level of usability of the MASA application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method along with six usability dimensions, namely Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, Satisfaction, and Usefulness. The evaluation was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to respondents who had used the MASA application. The results of the analysis show that the MASA application obtains an average SUS score of 72.08, indicating that it falls into the "Good" category with an Acceptable status. Although generally usable, some dimensions such as efficiency and memorability require further improvement to enhance overall user experience. These findings are expected to become a reference for improving the application so that it can optimally meet user needs and expectations.
