Automated Anomaly Detection and Predictive Maintenance for Lunar Orbital Communication Satellite Constellations
**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel system, "Lunar Sentinel," for automated anomaly detection and predictive maintenance of lunar orbital communication satellite constellations. Leveraging multi-modal data ingestion, semantic parsing, and a hyper-scoring evaluation pipeline, Lunar Sentinel identifies subtle deviations from operational norms and forecasts potential failures with unprecedented accuracy. This system significantly reduces mission downtime, optimizes resource allocation, and enhances the overall reliability of lunar communication infrastructure, critical for future lunar exploration and resource utilization. We specifically address the challenge of rapidly evolving operational environments and the limited ground-based support inherent in lunar missions. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
