Pelagophyte species/strain relationships

Data used to infer the maximum-likelihood based multi-gene phylogeny to investigate strain and species relationships of the ive <i>Ac. anophagefferens </i>strains, as well as <i>P. calceolata </i>and <i>Au. lagunensis</i>. This includes &gt;1,300 single gene trees, as well as unaligned and aligned FASTA files (without block removal) for single-copy core orthogroups present in all pelagophyte datasets. The corresponding multigene species/strain tree (with inferred branch lengths) and results of network analyses (based on the multigene alignment in splitstree) are included.
