Biological Bose–Einstein Condensates Coherence, SU(2) SU(3) Symmetries, and Experimental Pathways in Realistic Quantum Biology.pdf

This preprint presents a unified theoretical and experimental framework for modeling biological Bose–Einstein condensates (BECs) through the lens of SU(2) and SU(3) group symmetries. Bridging quantum field theory, supramolecular chemistry, and structured biology, it explores the hypothesis that biomolecular environments—such as DNA palindromes, exclusion-zone (EZ) water, and hydrogen bond networks—can support condensate-like quantum coherence under physiological conditions. The manuscript includes quantum simulations (Qiskit-based), symmetry analysis, and experimental proposals using nanopores, polaritonic biosensing, and palindromic logic gates to validate the biological observables of entanglement and topological order. Unlike speculative analogies, this work builds on algebraic formalism and many-body theory, grounding quantum biology in realistic and testable models. It is the eighth contribution in a series aimed at formalizing discrete quantum encoding and informational superconductivity in living matter. Keywords: quantum biology, SU(2)/SU(3) symmetries, biological Bose–Einstein condensates, EZ water, entanglement, decoherence, palindromic logic gates, quantum coherence, supramolecular order
