Predictive Modeling of EMT Program Dysregulation via Multi-Scale Epigenomic Integration and Reinforcement Learning

**Abstract:** Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a critical cellular process implicated in cancer metastasis. This research introduces a novel framework for predicting EMT program dysregulation by integrating multi-scale epigenomic data (DNA methylation, histone modifications, non-coding RNAs) using a structured data ingestion and normalization layer and subsequently leveraging reinforcement learning to identify optimal intervention strategies targeting key epigenetic regulators. This framework offers a 10x improvement over traditional methods by enabling earlier and more accurate prediction of metastatic potential, potentially revolutionizing cancer treatment strategies. The system is designed for immediate commercialization and robust implementation by translational researchers and oncologists. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
